INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ cup quick oats
- ¾ cup no sugar added sunflower seed butter
- 2T maple syrup
- 2T lightly salted roasted sunflower seeds
- 2T Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the oats in a medium sized bowl. Add the sunflower seed butter and maple syrup and stir to combine. Stir in the sunflower seeds and chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into balls and enjoy! Keep them in the refrigerator to store. If you prefer them a little colder, feel free to stick them in the freezer for 10-15min.
For sunflower allergy, substitute soy butter.
